In these classes you’ll experience yoga for strength, stability then mobility.  You’ll learn about traditional yoga practices and how they can be used with strength training techniques like progressive loading, and how working on strength and stability can lead to greater mobility.  Every class finishes with breathwork in Savasana (relaxation).
