About Me
I’m Tasha and for 20 years I’ve been practicing yoga. Now it’s time for me to share what I have learned with you.
Yoga the WAY way is a joyful way to build stability, strength and mobility. By melding yoga poses with biomechanics understanding.
When I changed my yoga focus from focusing on flexibility in my yoga practice to SSM (stability, strength then mobility) EVERYTHING changed!
My niggly (yoga triggered) overuse injuries disappeared and my strength increased.
When I adapted my yoga poses to suit my body rather than my body to suit the yoga pose, I connected more with the poses.
My yoga superpower is to take what is useful from the traditonal yoga lineage and weigh it up with current evidence based knowledge.
I have the yoga tools to work with you.
You can see how I work in this free course ‘Yoga for strength, stability then mobility’. I hope you enjoy it.
Tasha’s yoga WAY
Yoga is all about exploration for me, it’s about exploring body movements with purpose, whether that is to strengthen or to lengthen, find your centre or or explore mobility.
As a yoga teacher for many years, I’ve trained with many diverse and passionate yoga teachers and movement professionals. I’ve distilled the best of these teachings to a key set of yoga principles that embraces yoga principles with researched based best practices.
